Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Non-returnable items: Candles that have been lit or used, final sale items, and items damaged due to misuse.

To start a return, email us at info@thepopbeacon.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
